The Authority is mandated to protect the interests of communications services. In implementing it's mandate, the Authority deploys Lesotho Communications Authority quality of service rules 2023 and other guidelines to protect users of communications services. As a consumer of communications services, it imperative to know your rights and obligations, and those of licensees through QoS Rules, Consumer protection guidelines, and how to lodge a complaint.
Consumer Complaint Procedure
In order to protect the interests of consumers of communication services, LCA has developed the Consumer Protection Guidelines and Procedure. These guidelines can be downloaded in the links below in both Sesotho and English
