REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR SUPPLY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM
LCA invites sealed bids from suitably qualified service providers to bid for the opportunity to Supply and Implement E-Procurement System at LCA office complex at 30 Princess Margaret Road, Old Europa Maseru (LCA Premises).
- The sealed tender package marked “SUPPLY AND IMPLEMENTATION OF E-PROCUREMENT SYSTEM.” must be submitted on or before Monday, 08th June 2026 at 11:00 Hours at LCA Offices, at the address below. Late submissions will not be accepted, and incomplete submissions will be disqualified.

- Opening of bid documents will be on Monday, 08th June 2026 at 11:15 Hours at LCA premises.
