PUBLIC CONSULTATION NOTICE: LIMKOKWING UNIVERSITY OF CREATIVE TECHNOLOGY INTERNET BROADCASTING LICENCE APPLICATION
The Lesotho Communications Authority informs the public and industry stakeholders that it has received an application for Internet Broadcasting Licence from the University of Limkokwing Creative Technology.
Acting in terms of Section 4 (j) of the Communications Act No. 4 of 2012, the Authority hereby invites comments from the public and industry stakeholders in respect of the above application. Interested parties are invited to submit their comments in writing, clearly indicating their support or objection to the application, and providing reasons in support of their comments. Submissions should include name and contact details of the person or organization submitting the comment.
