Resources
ALLOCATION OF RESOURCES
In allocating resources to the focus areas outlined below, the Authority shall be guided by the need to:
- Focus on communities where the Authority operates e.g. USF areas, postal areas, schools etc.
- Emphasize investments in disadvantaged communities, particularly in the rural areas
- Support programmes that engender empowerment and development
